By accessing or using BiznexDraft ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

BiznexDraft is an AI-powered business document generation platform that uses the proprietary MACJ Framework to produce investor-ready documents. The Platform operates under the Elite Workforce Impact Nigeria (E-WIN) Project ecosystem.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed through our payment partners (Flutterwave, Paystack, Korapay, Seerbit). Refunds are governed by our Win Guarantee policy. Non-payment may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Documents generated through the Platform are your intellectual property. The Platform's underlying technology, including the MACJ Framework and Win-Score™ algorithm, is the intellectual property of the Elite Workforce Impact Nigeria Project.

6. Limitation of Liability

BiznexDraft provides generated documents as tools to assist in your business planning. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (funding, approval, or otherwise). The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
