3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted data storage, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated documents are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We use third-party services for payment processing (Flutterwave, Paystack, Korapay, Seerbit), authentication (Firebase), and AI processing (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic). These services have their own privacy policies governing data handling.
